My name is Daisy Baumann. I have been concerned with nutrition and health for a long time and it was a large part of my education as a naturopath. The vegan and gluten-free diet I however have discovered because of my own digestive problems. In summer of 2015, due to food intolerance, I completely switched to vegan and wheat-free, which gave me a new life feeling within a very short time - more efficient, fresher, healthier! Veganism didn’t get out of my mind and it still preoccupies me intensively today. That is the reason why i would like to share my knowledge and skills with you.
After my cantonal diploma (AR) as a naturopath, I began working at the Paracelsus Klinik Lustmühle as an medical assistant, and Dr. Thomas Rau M.D. gave me the opportunity to offer cooking classes at his clinic - according to his nutrition guideline „vegan-glutenfree -hypoallergenic".

2008 - 2010 Vocational college in health and social issues
2011 - 2014 Flight Attendant at Swiss International Airlines
2014 - 2016 Education as a naturopath
